Para la elaboración de este ranking, se evaluarón principalmente 3 criterios:
1. La puntuación general de una empresa basada en los datos del Trust Index© y los puntajes del Culture Audit©.
2. El número de países en los que una empresa aparece en la lista nacional de Las Mejores Empresas para Trabajar®. Cuanto más alto sea este número, mayor es el crédito.
